📌 Key Sections of the Dashboard

1. Overview Cards (Top Section)

These give you quick stats, personalized to your role:

  • Total submissions completed

  • Pending approvals

  • Missed or overdue tasks

🛠 If you're an admin, you’ll see organization-wide data. 👤 If you're a user, these will reflect just your activity.

You can quickly view:

  • Submission type (Audit or Log)

  • Location

  • Template used

  • Score (if scorable)

  • Status (Open/Closed)

  • Assigned actions

  • Submitter

Useful for tracking progress on recent visits, checklists, or incident logs.

3. Pending Approvals

See all Approval workflows awaiting review or sign-off.

  • Filter by approver

  • View current status and submission detail

  • Take quick action to approve or reject if you have the right role

4. Outstanding Actions

Shows all actions that haven’t been completed yet.

You’ll see:

  • The task or issue

  • Who it’s assigned to

  • Due date
