π Viewing and Editing Submissions
In this guide, you'll learn how to view, track, manage, and edit submissions in Storecall for your Audit and Log templates. Submissions are the foundation of operational reporting in Storecall, and this guide will help you stay organized and in control of your data.
πΉ Accessing Submissions
To get started:
Navigate to Submissions in the left-hand sidebar.
Click View Submissions.
β οΈ Approval submissions are shown separately under View Approvals, found just below in the sidebar.
π Submissions Overview
Submissions are grouped by template. Each template row includes:
β Status Icon
Green Tick: All submissions completed, no outstanding actions.
Orange Info Icon: Incomplete submissions or open actions exist.
π Last Used Date: When the last submission using this template was made.
βοΈ Completed Count: Number of submissions completed using this template.
β‘ Actions Due: Total number of unresolved actions across submissions.
β»οΈ Template Type: Audit or Log.
π Viewing Submissions by Template
Click on any template (e.g., Regional Store Visit) to view a list of all submissions made using that template.
Each submission entry displays:
βοΈ Completion Status
π Location, Group & Sub-group
βͺ Submission ID (custom identifier from template designer)
β Score (if scorable fields are included)
β‘ Outstanding Actions
π Creation Date
π Submission Status (Open / Closed)
π€ Closed Date
π€ Submitter
β Additional Controls
Use the search bar to locate submissions using any of the above fields.
Toggle incomplete-only view to focus on items needing attention.
If you're an admin, you can also select and delete submissions.
π Inside a Submission Report
Clicking into a submission opens the full submission report.

At the top, you will see:

Submission Date & Time
Submission Score
Number of Actions
Submission Status

Click the previous submission to open and compare it side-by-side.
π Geo-location Map (if enabled)
See where the submission was made, great for validating on-site completions.
π² Report Access
Use the Download button to get the PDF report.
Use the Edit button (if permission allows) to reopen and make changes.
πΉ Section Summary
This panel shows:
Score breakdown per section
Previous score (for comparison)
Click on any section in the summary to jump directly to it.
π Reviewing Answers
All answers captured during the submission will be displayed.
Each field will show the response entered
Any files uploaded will be attached
Comments made during submission will be shown
β‘ Actions
Actions related to a field will appear just beneath the field.
To add new actions, click Edit Submission and then click New Action on the relevant field.
Click an action to view or mark it complete.
Admins can complete actions on behalf of other users.
π Editing or Deleting Submissions
At the bottom of each submission:
Edit Submission button will appear if your role permits
Delete Submission (only visible to admins or those with permission)
After editing, click Update Submission to save your changes.
